APRIL NEWS
What’s up. Scott got his super ledge next to the eight stair finished. He was mounting the coping tonight when I left the park. I’ve been trying to get down to the park to build, but lawns have kept me away. By the time I get home at night and eat dinner, I’m usually passing out at the table. I’m trying to figure out a way to get rid of a good chunk of my lawns, and still pay my bills; so I can put more time into the park. We shall see.
The All Nighter was actually pretty laid back for a change. I think the monsoon that rolled through St. Louis that evening kept some people away. What a bunch of little girls! That just meant more hot dogs and Red Bull for all of us that showed up; while everyone who was scared of a little rain stayed home and tried on their new panties! Just kidding. Not really. The Red Bull ladies rolled in on bikes and tore the park up! I saw one of them pull two Red Bulls out of her backpack cooler, while doing a no hander over the big box; and beam two jokers in the chest that were in her way. It was insane.
We have a new RR skate team member, Justin Bieser. He’s a shredder. Look forward to seeing him skating around the park more often. When you see him, tell him to handplant the 6-foot spine in the Ding-a-ling section.
Congratulations go out to all of the Ramp Riders’ locals who placed at the JoMoPro contest. Zack Zueschel took 4th in intermediate, Justin Sexauer placed 9th in expert, and Zack Warden placed 4th in pro.

I know it’s the wrong time of the year to make a RR thermal, but check it out on the “Ramp Riders Gear” page. It’s SWEET! It took me most of the winter to find a thermal with long enough sleeves for me that wouldn’t shrink into an XS when I washed it.
